Below are the procedures you have to follow to setup a company:
Setp1: First register the company name which you want establish, for registering the name of the new company you have to get the approval from Registrar of Companies.
Step2: Prepare the Memorandum of Association
Step3: Subscribe to Memorandum of Association
Step4: Pay the company registration fees to the Registrar of Companies.
Step5: Get a receipt of Certificate of Incorporation.
Step6: Get business commencement certificate provided by Registrar of Companies
